We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all non-custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
Please Note:
- This guarantee applies only to non-custom products. Custom-made products (those tailored to specific requirements or personalized) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Custom Products
Custom products, including any products made to specific designs, sizes, or personalized features, are non-refundable once production has started. Due to the nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are made to your specifications.
3. One-Year Hardware-Only Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the hardware in our products. All hardware components, including locks, hinges, and mounting systems, are covered by a one-year hardware-only warranty. If any hardware issue arises within the first year of use, we will replace the defective part at no additional cost.
Warranty Terms:
- The warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
- To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
How to Return or Request a Warranty Claim
- For Returns (Non-Custom Products): Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. They will provide you with the return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- For Warranty Claims: If you experience any issues with the hardware within one year of purchase, please reach out to our support team with detailed information about the defect.
